Upon reaching out to us, we kindly request you to provide us with a concise description of the vehicle you are interested in, as well as your budgetary considerations. Our job here is to make your journey purchasing through us as effortless as possible, leaving you extremely pleased in the end.
Before we start with anything including the deposit, you must read our Terms of Service. To initiate a search for your vehicle, a deposit will be necessary. In the event that a vehicle is not immediately found, we can wait over the course of the week, with Wednesday to Saturday being the most particularly active days.
Once we confirm a vehicle that we can purchase for you, we will send you the invoice for the remaining balance for the vehicle. On request, you may ask for the invoice provided to us from the Dealer/Auction.
Photos from the port will be sent to you prior to export. When requested for an additional $230, additional descriptive photos of the vehicle will be sent to you, and a video. All paperwork for import is finalised at this stage, and the vehicle enters the vessel. This journey usually takes up to 6 weeks.
The vehicle arrives in the country, and the process of handling it domestically begins. This involves several crucial steps that ensure the vehicle meets all the necessary requirements and is ready for its final destination.
The first step after the vehicle arrives is to navigate through the customs process. This involves going through the necessary procedures and paperwork to fulfill all legal and regulatory obligations. It is essential to ensure that any duties, taxes, or fees associated with importing the vehicle are properly handled. Once the vehicle clears customs, it is ready to proceed to the next stage.
The next step is compliance. The vehicle will undergo a series of inspections and tests to ensure that it meets the safety and environmental standards set by the country. This process is crucial to guarantee the vehicle’s compliance with the relevant regulations and to ensure the safety of its future users.
The vehicle passes compliance, and is sent to our lot. At this point, it undergoes one final inspection to ensure it is in pristine condition. The inspection includes a thorough check of the mechanical and electrical components, as well as a meticulous cleaning if necessary. Our goal is to ensure that the vehicle is in optimal condition before we hand over the keys to the new owner.
